TL-15 rated safes are recognized around the world by insurance companies. The TL-15 is a UL listed burglary rating and sets the standard for theft protection. The walls of the TL-15 Jewelry Safe consists of 9,000 PSI concrete embodied with corundum aggregate and encased in a double layer of high-tensile steel. To give you something to compare that too, driveways are made with similar concrete but only 3000 PSI when hardened. So something that is 9000 PSI has tremendous strength. The door is nearly 5 1/4" in overall thickness which includes 2" of solid barrier material. A TL-15 is ready for any jewelry shop or the serious collector that needs to meet a special insurance policy demands to cover the contents.
